WE ARE THRILLED TO EMBARK ON THIS TENNIS JOURNEY WITH YOU

GETTING STARTED
- 01Private (1 to 1): Just you and your coach. Maximum focus, fully personalised. Best for fast improvement. Pair (2 to 1): Two players, one coach. Great for couples, parent-child, or friends learning together. Price is per slot, not per person. Group (3 or more): Small group of 3-6 players with one coach. Fun, social, and the most affordable way to play. Price is per pax.
- 02Absolutely! Just message us and we'll match you with another coach based on your goals and schedule. No extra charge, no awkwardness — we want you to find the right fit.
- 03We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Inside that window, the session credit is forfeited — unless it's a genuine emergency, in which case message us and we'll sort it out. For rain on the day of the session, you can always reschedule at no cost.
- 04Life happens, and we totally get it. Reach out to us and we'll figure something out together — usually a pause on your package validity until you're back on court. Just let us know early so we can sort it out smoothly.
- 05Court fees are paid separately, but you've got three flexible options: Use a court you already have access to (your condo court, for example) — no extra fee We book a court on your behalf at venues like Kallang or Farrer Park — you simply reimburse the booking cost Your coach provides their own court where available — fees differ for each condo, and we'll let you know upfront We'll always let you know the court arrangement before confirming your booking, so there are no surprises.
- 06Sessions expire at the end of your validity period (6 months for 5-Packs, 12 months for 10-Packs) and aren't refundable. The good news? Most clients pace themselves at about one session a week and finish well within their validity. If life starts to get in the way, just give us a shout early and we can usually adjust things to help.
- 07Coaches bring all the balls you'll need for the session. For rackets — we usually have a spare or two, but bringing your own is best (especially as you progress). Let us know in advance if you'd like to borrow one for your lesson.
- 08Absolutely! We recommend it. Most of our regulars start with an ad hoc trial session to meet their coach and see how they feel about the experience. If you love it, you can sign up for a 5-Pack or 10-Pack right after.
