Cancellation Policy

1. Lesson Packages • All lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. • Any unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited and are non-refundable. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Lessons may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. • Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in the lesson being forfeited. • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or missed lessons. 3. Wet Weather Policy • In the event of wet weather, lessons may be rescheduled without penalty. • The decision to postpone due to weather will be made by the coach and communicated promptly. 4. General • DW Tennis reserves the right to amend lesson schedules or reassign coaches if necessary. • By purchasing a package, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
